With our associate partners, we have over 20+ years of recruiting for South Korea. Not only do we have 20+ years of experience, but we also have worked as ESL Instructors applying our craft within the field. As a one year commitment, we understand the difficulty in determining where you want to work. So we provide an exhaustive support service by providing information about the school, city, town or region that you are interested in. We will work with you until you have found a suitable location for your needs. We will provide support to the teacher throughout contract negotiations, arranging flight information, assisting in the visa process and helping out when the teacher arrives in their new surroundings. With changing labor laws, we are constantly checking and keeping abreast of what changes are happening in the field. If there is ever a problem, we are able to mediate between you and your school and help alleviate any problems that might arise. All of this is provided at absolutely NO expense to the teacher. Once you arrive, we will continue to help you out.
